February 28th 2019 - Pacific Ridge School, Carlsbad.
Elite Teepees is coming to Pacific Ridge School for a fundraiser event to support women's education and empowerment efforts in India. It is hosted by A Million Knots (AMK) founded by Mirai Patel and Danielle Clark as a fun summer project making knotted bracelets that they sold to the local community. As their profits grew, they decided to turn the money into a tool to help others, and their vision turned towards helping girls through education. We care about our community here in Carlsbad and are excited to be part of this effort!
A Night in Naugaon is an opportunity to raise money to help fund the school in Alwar, and to spread awareness about the struggle for girl's education in India whilst bringing together people all over San Diego. #amillionknots #pacificridgeschool
March 14th 2019 - AOMS Band Hollywood Nights, Carlsbad.
Each year, the Aviara Oaks Middle School Band encourages young Carlsbad students to develop their musical abilities. With a history of 14 years, the AOMS Band has created more enriching musical experiences for our neighborhood’s children than any other middle school arts program. #aoms_asb

May 3rd 2019 - The Rancho Santa Fe Community Center, Rancho Santa Fe.
The RSFCC strives to enhance the spirit and benefits of community life in Rancho Santa Fe through programs, events, and services of enrichment, recreation, and outreach for all ages. RSFCC brings all of Rancho Santa Fe together in a spirit of collaboration and fun through activities, programs and events. Their "Spring Fiesta" on Friday May 3rd, features silent and live auctions, hosted bar, hors d'oeuvres, dinner and live music - all proceeds benefit RSFCC, a non profit organization.#rsfcc
May 18th 2019 - Aviara Oaks Elementary, Carlsbad. AOE is throwing a Gatsby themed event for parent fundraising. We hope to be displaying our teepees there! #aviaraoakselementaryune
June 2nd 2019 - Carlsbad High School, Carlsbad.
"Annual Spring Fling": Celebrate the end of the school year, enjoy local beer & wine tastings, delicious appetizers and live music. Bid on auction items benefitting Carlsbad High School PTSA and several l booster clubs. The auction will feature amazing packages from local businesses.” The event is being held at Oak & Elixir in Carlsbad, where we will be showcasing our teepees. #carlsbadhighschool
August 24th 2019 - Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation, Carlsbad.
Annual Discovery Gala entitled: "Bond~ The Lagoon that Loved Me", at the Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa. We are raising money to protect and educate the future lagoon stewards of the Agua Hedionda Lagoon. This includes our 8,750 school aged children through our Academy Programs and over 25,000 visitors last year. Elite Teepees will be showcasing our Stargazer collection.
September 21st 2109 - YMCA , Oceanside.
This "8th Annual Kids Need Heroes Gala" is being hosted at the Joe and Mary Mottino Family YMCA. Elite Teepees will be showcasing a sleepover collection at their live auction for their fundraiser. Support The Y: who are all about youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
November 2nd 2019 - St Patrick Catholic School, Carlsbad.
We are returning to St Patrick Catholic School, Carlsbad who are hosting their annual auction event on November 2nd. Over two hundred guests will dine, dance and bid on amazing items donated by businesses in the community. The funds will be used to enable the continued development of a safer campus and the ability to introduce new programs that will directly benefit our children. It will be “One Hot Havana Night” with authentic Cuban food, drinks and festive music. Elite Teepees will be showcasing our Fairytale sleepover collection. . #stpatsptg
March 7th 2020 - St John School, Encinitas.
Saint John's 24th annual gala, “Let's Flamingle” is being held on Saturday March 7th at Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach. This is an opportunity for families and community to come together to help support the school. The Fundraiser’s focus is to revamp the classrooms with a new look and feel along with additional learning centers. Our hope is to not only help the school, but have fun while we do it! Elite Teepees will be showcasing our Llama Karma Collection and is donating an Elite Teepees experience to the silent auction.
March 20th 2020 - Horizon Prep, Rancho Santa Fe.
Horizon Prep is celebrating its twentieth year at the beautiful Ranch Bernardo Inn, on Friday March 20th. The Fundraising bash will entertain a crown of around 360 guests in support of critically needed campus improvement and operation funds. To help create an unforgettable event Elite Teepees will be there – we are showcasing our Fairytale collection and donating a sleepover experience.
March 21st 2020 - Poinsettia Elementary School, Carlsbad.
Poinsettia PTA’s sole mission is to provide resources that create the best possible learning environment for their students. This mean additional teachers to deliver Art and PE classes, Science materials, field trips, and other programs and supplies to take education at Poinsettia far beyond the basics. Elite Teepees will be joining the "Parents Night Out", at Henebery Sprits in Vista on Saturday, March 21st. We are showcasing an Elite Teepees collection and donating a sleepover experience as an auction item to make this a truly special occasion.
March 14th 2020. Capri Elementary School, Encinitas.
Capri is hosting “One Hot Havana Night” on Sat March 14th. 2020 5:30 PM - 9PM at Cape Rey Hilton in Carlsbad. This includes an on-line auction, and gala consisting of a raffle and live auction. This crucial fundraiser raises the much needed funds to support our Music, PE, Science, Fit Kids Recreation and Art. Elite Teepees will be showcasing an Elite Teepees collection in the school library from March 5th, and is donating an Elite Teepees sleepover experience to the auction. Spread the word!. The more people you share with, the more we can raise to help our local public school.
March 21st 2020. Rhoades School Encinitas
On March 21st Rhodes is hosting an auction at their 40th Anniversary celebration to raise fund to build the students a library. For some time now the students’ greatest wish for the school has been to have a library, so Elite Teepees is partnering with the Rhoades Foundation to “make dreams come true.” We will be showcasing Unicorn Magic and donating an Elite Teepees sleepover experience, safe in the knowledge that our Unicorns will bring their own special magic to the event!
March 16th 2020. St Patrick Catholic School, Carlsbad.
Elite Teepees is returning to St Patrick Catholic School’s annual Golf Tournament this year. The tournament is being held at Shadowridge Golf Club, Vista, on March 16th 2020. We will be showcasing our Llama Karma collection, and are donating a sleepover experience to support the auction fundraiser. Proceeds support state-of-the-art technology and unique academic, athletic and artistic experiences for the students.
